- 4 medium-sized russet potatoes
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Santa Maria seasoning
How to make a Traeger Baked Potato
- Preheat Traeger to 225 degrees F.
- Wash the potatoes and dry them completely. Brush olive oil over the entire potato, then season all sides with the Santa Maria seasoning.
- Place the seasoned potatoes onto the Traeger and smoke for about three hours, or until soft and fork-tender.
- Carefully remove from the Traeger and serve with your favorite toppings.
