In a bowl, add the six bison burger patties and use your hands or a meat masher to deconstruct them into ground meat.

HOW TO MAKE SPICY BUFFALO BISON BURGERS

Add ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles, ½ cup buffalo hot sauce, celery salt, chopped celery, and red pepper flakes. Mix to combine.

Reform the meat mixture into six even patties. Place the patties onto the preheated grill and grill for 4 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for an additional 3-4 minutes.

Serve on brioche buns and top with additional blue cheese crumbles and hot sauce.
