– olive oil – ground venison – ground Italian sausage – minced garlic – marinara sauce – Italian seasoning – ricotta cheese – shredded Parmesan cheese – shredded Mozzarella cheese –  baguettes or 1 dozen breadsticks

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Then, add the ground venison, Italian sausage, and minced garlic and cook until no longer pink. Drain any excessive grease.
