Elk  Pot Stickers

These elk pot stickers are one of my all-time favorite ground elk recipes!  They’re easy to make, full of flavor, and are sure to impress!

•  Ground elk •  Honey •  Reduced-sodium soy    sauce •  Rice vinegar •  Ground ginger •  Chinese five spice powder •  Red pepper flakes •  Garlic powder


In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground elk, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ground ginger, Chinese five-spice, red pepper flakes, garlic powder.

Step 1

Add the cabbage to the skillet and lightly mix to combine.


Lay out the wonton wrappers, then spoon 2 teaspoons of the meat mixture onto the center of each wonton wrapper.

Step 3

Next, heat the olive oil in a large deep skillet over medium heat until hot. Arrange half of the pot stickers in a single layer in the skillet.
