 - ground venison breakfast sausage – unsalted butter – flour – whole milk – cracked black –pepper – salt to taste

1. In a large skillet, add the ground venison breakfast sausage and cook over medium heat until fully cooked through.

2. While the sausage is cooking, melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl or measuring cup. Add in the flour and stir to make a roux.
