Venison Casserole 

This venison casserole recipe is a hearty and delicious meal that’s perfect for a cozy night in!

• Olive oil • Lean ground   venison • Water • Taco seasoning • Yellow onion • Rotel diced   tomatoes and   green chilies


• Corn • Bisquick mix • Cream cheese • Mayo • Chives • Onion powder • Salt • Mozzarella   and cheddar   cheese blend

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

Step 1

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat, then add the ground venison and cook thoroughly.


Add in the water and taco seasoning; mix well and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Step 3

Add in the diced onions, Rotel, and corn and mix to combine. Reduce heat to low and let simmer.
