Traeger Carne Asada

INGREDIENTS

Add the olive oil, garlic, cumin, salt, pepper, chili powder, lime juice, and chopped cilantro to a mixing bowl and whisk to combine.

Step 1

Transfer to a marinating bag (or zip lock bag) and add the flank steak. Massage the marinade into the steak and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.

STEP 2

Preheat the Traeger to 250 degrees F.

Step 3

Remove the flank steak from the marinade and place it onto the grill. Slow cook for 45 minutes on a high smoke setting.
