Ground Elk Stroganoff

•  Ground elk meat •  Olive oil •  Yellow or white onion •  Garlic •  Fresh sliced mushrooms •  Flour •  Beef broth •  Heavy cream •  Worcestershire •  Black pepper •  Salt •  Sour cream •  Egg noodles •  Fresh parsley


Boil the egg noodles according to package directions and set aside.

Step 1
