– The Honest Bison elk medallions – Large cooked shrimp - thawed – Unsalted butter – Minced garlic – Lemon – Olive oil – Steak seasoning

HOW TO MAKE SMOKED ELK STEAK AND SHRIMP

1. Preheat the grill or smoker to 450 degrees F.

2. Melt the butter, then stir in the minced garlic.
