Ingredients

– The Honest Bison elk medallions – large cooked shrimp – thawed – unsalted butter – minced garlic – lemon – olive oil

1. Preheat the grill or smoker to 450 degrees F. 2. Melt the butter, then stir in the minced garlic.

3. Add the shrimp to a large bowl, then pour the melted butter and garlic over the shrimp and toss to coat. Transfer to a large cast-iron or high-temp skillet.
