Venison  Scotch Eggs

Preheat oven to 400° F.

Step 1

Boil the four eggs, then rinse with cold water and set aside to cool. When cooled, carefully peel.


In a small bowl, whisk two eggs. In a separate bowl add the flour. In a third bowl add the bread crumbs.

Step 3

Wrap each hard-boiled egg with the breakfast sausage so that the egg is completely covered.
