LOADED VENISON

Rich and creamy loaded venison queso dip that’s full of your favorite Southwest flavors. It’s an easy ground venison recipe that’s great as an appetizer or dinner!

Ingredients

– Ground venison – Chopped red onion – Cumin – Salt – Pepper – Shredded pepper jack cheese – Velveeta – Can fire-roasted diced tomatoes – Can diced green chiles – Can black beans  – Cup beer

1. Add the ground venison, red onion, cumin, salt, and pepper to a deep skillet and brown. 2. Once fully cooked, add in the shredded pepper jack and Velveeta cheese, frequently stirring until cheese is fully melted.

INSTRUCTIONS

3. Add in the fire-roasted tomatoes, green chiles, and rinsed black beans, stir to combine. 4. Add in 1/4 cup beer to reduce the consistency. Add additional beer.

5. Remove from heat and serve with tortilla chips or vegetables.
