Hawaiian Venison Sliders

These sliders are made with succulent venison meat that’s been seasoned with a blend of spices, then grilled to perfection and topped with fresh pineapple and a tangy Hawaiian BBQ sauce.

•  Olive oil •  Ground venison •  Hawaiian BBQ sauce •  Hawaiian roll sliders •  Pineapple •  Pickled jalapeño •  Pepper jack cheese •  Melted butter

INGREDIENTS

Preheat the oven to  350 degrees F.

Step 1

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the ground venison and cook thoroughly. Add in the BBQ sauce and stir to combine.

STEP 2

Spray the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 3

Arrange the bottom half of the rolls into the baking dish and spoon the ground venison mixture onto each roll.
