Ground venison White onion Shredded mild cheddar cheese Basic BBQ Seasoning from the Ground Venison Seasoning Blends BBQ sauce Skewers
In a large bowl, add the ground venison and shredded cheddar cheese, and basic BBQ seasoning. Dice one half of the onion, and add to a large mixing bowl. Set the other half aside. Mix the ingredients in the bowl together and roll into 1-inch balls.
Cut the remaining half of the onion into large chunks. Add the meatballs and onion to the skewers, placing onion in between each meatball.
