Ground elk meat Olive oil Yellow or white onion Minced garlic Fresh sliced mushrooms Flour Beef broth Heavy cream Worcestershire Black pepper Salt Sour cream Egg noodles Fresh parsley
Boil the egg noodles and set aside. Add the olive oil to a large skillet add the ground elk and cook until done.
Add the finely chopped onion, minced garlic, and fresh mushrooms, and cook until softened. Add the flour to the skillet and stir to combine.
Slowly add the broth, stirring as you add. Then, stir in the heavy cream. Add the Worcestershire and stir. Lastly, season with salt and pepper.
