Ground venison Chopped white onion Plain breadcrumbs Egg Chili powder Salt Black pepper Olive oil BBQ sauce Water Bourbon
In a large mixing bowl, add the ground venison, bread crumbs, egg, chopped onion, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix to combine well. Form the meat mixture into meatballs.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet . Add the meatballs and cook, until fully cooked through.
When done, add the BBQ sauce, water, and bourbon to the skillet.
